AI credits are the currency for AI work in Superflow. Every agent run consumes credits, and the exact cost is shown before you confirm, so there are never surprise charges.
Where your credits come from
Your balance, shown on the Billing page under Settings, is made up of three buckets:
Click View Usage on the Billing page to see a ledger of every run and what it cost.
What consumes credits
- Agent runs, whether started manually, as a group, or as pre-checks on a new project.
- Crawling: if you run agents on every page instead of a single URL, credits are used per page crawled. The run dialog shows the estimate as agents times pages times cost per check.
The run dialog always shows the total cost and your remaining balance before you click Run Agent.
Buying credits
Go to Settings, then Billing
The AI Credits card shows your balance, for example 4,200 / 5,000 AI Credits.
Click Buy Credits
Pick a credit pack. Purchases are one-time, and purchased credits roll over and never expire.
Only the billing owner can buy credits or change auto recharge. Everyone else sees a Request credits button, which notifies the billing owner.
Auto recharge
To keep agents from ever pausing mid-project, turn on Auto Recharge on the Billing page: when credits drop below a threshold you set, Superflow automatically buys the pack you choose. You can also save a card without purchasing anything yet. If a recharge fails, a banner appears with a Save a card action so you can fix the payment method.
Running out
When the balance hits zero, agent runs pause and a banner appears: the billing owner is prompted to buy a pack or enable auto recharge, and everyone else can send a credit request. Comments and everything else in Superflow keep working normally, only AI runs pause.
