# What is a Seat?

> Seats are how Superflow counts the people in your workspace: user seats for your team, guest seats for your clients.

Superflow plans include two kinds of seats:

* **User seats** are for Team Users (Admins): the people on your own team who can access every project, create projects, and manage the workspace.
* **Guest seats** are for Guests (commenters): clients and outside reviewers who are invited to specific projects.

Your current seat usage is shown on the **Billing** page under **Settings**, and you can add seats there when the team grows.

  Anonymous visitors who comment through [guest mode](/product-features/what-is-guest-mode) with just a name do not consume a seat. Seats count invited, signed-in users.
